Fall is wonderful here on the farm!
Thursday, September 25, 2008 at 11:29AM Good morning!
Just a quick musing about my morning and life in general. Don't you just LOVE working from home? Here are some recent photos of my little cottage/farm. I learned a new term the other day...Hobby Farm. Hummm, I guess it could be a hobby.

Right now I have fabulous clients that are giving me wonderful work to do and I'm enjoying every moment. Tonight I will be attending the fall meeting for holiday decorating that I do every year at the Bingham Waggoner Estate. I love the creative process and the beauty of the holiday season.

What wonderful weather we're having!
Sunday, August 24, 2008 at 01:11PM Good Sunday to ya!
This summer the weather has been so wonderful. Usually we have those awful 100 degree days, no rain, lots of humidity but not this summer. Cool nights with moderate humidity. We have been able to keep the windows open at night and morning which makes sitting on the porch that much better.
This has also been a great TV watching summer with the Olympics and now the conventions starting. If you can't tell, two of my interests are politics and sports. I sometimes think about getting more involved in politics but can't find the time right now. How about you, are there interests or things you would like to do and can't find the time? I do work every election as a computer technician and enjoy doing my civic duty. To make this Sunday even better...the USA men's basketball team won the gold! Fabulous! What prevents you from going for the gold? I know sometimes with me it's a lack of time and energy.
Business Tip:
I don't write HTML and know enough to make myself dangerous. In experimenting with several free programs, I have not been satisfied with the results. Recently a client put me onto Expression Web from Microsoft. I love this software! It's so easy to use and does everything I want it to do and more. Expression Web took the place of FrontPage and is priced affordably. You can upgrade for $99 if you qualify with a previous copy FrontPage or several Adobe products also qualify. At one time you could also qualify by just having any MS product, not sure if that still applies. Go to this link and see if you qualilfy or for FAQ's (you can also get a FREE 30 day trial):

Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 12:32PM I'm so excited to launch my new website format! It's a lot of the same information but presented in a different manner. This new site is a blog site. I highly recommend this type of site where everything is located in one place. I have my normal website where I can sell products and make recommendations for resources, but it also contains the blog feature. I think this is fabulous and will be using this to let you know what is going on with me and my business. I'll be using my shopping cart to send out news items and information as well as to sell products.
Stayed tuned for updates, as I will be launching info products, and creating a complete marketing piece for your business using article submissions, blog submissions, and social networking sites.
